Accessibility

Our target

Albert L. Crush Company is working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA for this website. That standard covers things like keyboard access, screen-reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and clear form errors.

What we have built in

• Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, never removed.
• A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
• 44×44px minimum tap targets on buttons and links.
• Text and background colors checked for contrast, not just chosen by eye.
• Form fields with programmatic labels and errors described to assistive technology.
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who have that preference set.

Known limits

This site is new, and formal accessibility testing (automated scans, a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass, and testing at multiple zoom levels) is planned but not yet complete. We expect to find and fix issues as that testing happens.
