Albert L. Crush Company (“we,” “us”) operates this website. This page explains what information our forms collect when you use them, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request, part-photo, or contact forms on this site, we collect what you type into them — things like your name, company, phone number, email address, the category and description of the part you are asking about, and any photos you attach. We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for it on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through these forms is used only to answer your enquiry — to identify a part, prepare a quote, or get back in touch with you the way you asked us to. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build customer profiles from it beyond what is needed to respond.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit to us to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Who sees it
Submissions are handled by our staff in Shelbyville. We may use ordinary business tools (for example, email or a customer database) to receive and track your request; we do not publish anything you submit.
Cookies and analytics
This section will be completed once the site’s analytics tooling is finalized (see the site’s analytics measurement plan). It will describe, in plain terms, anything the site uses to measure visits.
Requesting your information, or asking us to delete it
If you would like to know what we have on file from a submission, or would like it deleted, call us at (502) 633-2728 and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site changes. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
